Who are INNOVATIONS:

INNOVATIONS is the trading name of a European group of companies (INNOVATIONS INTERNATIONAL) operating from its own dedicated warehouse and office premises under an experienced management team with huge and proven international experience.

The aims of INNOVATIONS:
For us, INNOVATIONS is a world of innovative and original products, which have often already enjoyed great success in Europe and the United States and which we are showcasing for the first time, via the Internet, in the UK. At INNOVATIONS we all strive to fulfil an important mission:

These pages are an example of the range of products which aim to achieve these objectives. We have looked for and found products in the five continents which we are convinced, will add comfort and enjoyment to your life. Many of the products which you will discover here cannot be found elsewhere: they are unique…and now they can be yours.

Delivery time:
You will normally be able to receive your order within 4 – 5 days.
Occasionally a product may be delivered a little later but in this case we would inform you immediately. Remember to give us your email address so that we can get in touch with you.

Quality Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that you detect any problems with your newly purchased goods, simly inform us within 7 days from receipt of your order, by sending an email to info@innovationsint.org and we will try to solve the problem immediately. All products are guaranteed against any fault or malfunctioning for (at least) one year from the date of purchase. Some of the electrical items require an adaptor in order to be connected to the electricity supply, which we are happy to send you with your order.

Satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at info@innovationsint.org and we will advise you how to return your purchase to us. As soon as it reaches us, we will reimburse you for the cost of your purchase immediately.

It is important that you comply with the following guidelines:

Use this guarantee within the 14 days following receipt of your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Any return must be made by packing the product in good condition under the same conditions and in the same packaging in which it was received. Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of your purchase.
In addition, we ask you please to always attach a note indicating the reason for returning your purchase.
The company does not pay return postage.
