Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you think that one of the products purchased does not give you the satisfaction and enjoyment which you expected, simply contact us at info@innovationsint.org and we will advise you how to return your purchase to us. As soon as it reaches us, we will reimburse you for the cost of your purchase immediately.

It is important that you comply with the following guidelines:

Use this guarantee within the 14 days following receipt of your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Any return must be made by packing the product in good condition under the same conditions and in the same packaging in which it was received. Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of your purchase.
The company does not pay return postage.
In addition we ask you please to always attach a note indicating the reason for returning your purchase.
Any smartphones, tablets, CDs or computer games, once the packing has been opened (and the seals have been broken) the unit cannot be returned. This is an imposition by the manufacturers and is applicable in all online and retail shops.
